Posh Peanut put Frozen on a king-size bed

There is a moment, usually around the fourth viewing, when you realize you know every word of “Let It Go” and your kid has left the room. Posh Peanut listed a Disney Elsa and Anna sheet set on September 17, and it comes in twin, full, queen and king. The king is the tell.

What's in the set

Three pieces: a flat sheet, a fitted sheet and a standard pillow cover, in the brand's blend of 60% viscose from bamboo and 40% cotton, which is the fabric Posh Peanut built its name on. The twin is $92. The flat sheet is 66 by 96 inches, the fitted 39 by 75 with a 16-inch pocket, the pillow cover 20 by 28. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Posh Peanut says the set is available in twin, full, queen and king; when we looked, the twin was the size showing a price, so check the page before you plan a queen.

It came with company

The sheets were not alone. The same morning Posh Peanut listed a $50 Elsa and Anna bow-back twirl dress, a $78 Sleeping Beauty tulle dress, a $50 Toy Story Jessie tulle dress and a $68 Rapunzel twirl dress. This is the brand widening an existing Disney license rather than a new collaboration, and bedding is the part of it that outlasts a dress size.

Who should buy it

Get the twin if you have a Frozen kid moving from the toddler bed to the big-kid bed, because the print that makes bedtime a negotiation is also the print that ends it. The bamboo blend is the reason people pay Posh Peanut prices; it sleeps cool and it holds up to the wash. The king is for the parent who wants Elsa on the bed, and there is no judgment here. Skip it if the Frozen phase ended in July. The print is loud, and $92 is a lot for sheets that have to be loved to earn their keep.
