Cubbie Club, LLC (“Cubbie Club,” “we,” “us”) operates thecubbieclub.com, a service through which parents and caregivers (“Members”) discover offers from kids and baby brands. This disclosure explains how Cubbie Club is compensated, in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
Cubbie Club is compensated by the brands whose offers it features. Compensation takes one or more of the following forms: (a) a fee paid by a brand for each new customer who makes a purchase using a promotional code or link featured on Cubbie Club, under a written agreement between Cubbie Club and that brand (a “Brand Partner”); (b) a commission paid through an affiliate program or affiliate network when a Member clicks a link or uses a code featured on Cubbie Club and then makes a purchase or completes a qualifying action; and (c) in some cases, no compensation, where an offer is a publicly available promotion that Cubbie Club has gathered and organized for Members’ convenience.
Compensation is paid by the brand or affiliate network. Members are not charged for using Cubbie Club, and the price a Member pays is not increased by using an offer featured on Cubbie Club.
A brand is eligible to be featured on Cubbie Club if it sells kids or baby products, makes an offer available to Members, and agrees to Cubbie Club’s terms. Because Cubbie Club is compensated by featured brands, the presence of a brand on Cubbie Club reflects a commercial relationship and should not be understood as an independent product review or ranking. Cubbie Club reserves the right to decline or remove any brand or offer at its discretion, including for product-safety, compliance, or quality reasons.
Cubbie Club’s Creators (see Section 3) choose which featured brands to share with their audiences. Creators are required under the Creator Program Agreement to describe only their own experience with a product and to make no health, safety, medical, developmental, or nutritional claims unless the brand has supplied the claim in writing.
Cubbie Club works with independent Creators who share Cubbie Club and featured offers with their audiences. Creators earn a share of the affiliate commissions generated by purchases made by Members they refer to Cubbie Club. Creators do not receive a share of fees paid to Cubbie Club by Brand Partners.
Because Creators are compensated, their posts and videos about Cubbie Club or featured brands are endorsements with a material connection. Creators are required to disclose that connection clearly and conspicuously within each post, video, or other communication, in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides, regardless of platform. If you believe a Creator has failed to disclose, please contact us at hello@thecubbieclub.com. Cubbie Club investigates reports and may correct, remove, or terminate non-compliant Creator content or participation.
Featuring a brand or offer on Cubbie Club does not mean that the brand endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with Cubbie Club, or that Cubbie Club speaks on the brand’s behalf, except where a written agreement between Cubbie Club and that brand expressly provides otherwise. Brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the brand and its offer. Cubbie Club is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, customer service, or policies of any featured brand.
Links and promotional codes featured on Cubbie Club may include an identifier that allows a brand or affiliate network to attribute a purchase to Cubbie Club or to a referring Creator. Information about the data Cubbie Club collects and how it is used is set out in our Privacy Policy.
