Company news
MALK is now part of Cubbie Club

Turn over most cartons of almond milk and the ingredient list reads like a chemistry set: gellan gum, sunflower lecithin, something called natural flavor. MALK built a company on leaving all of that out. As of this week MALK is part of Cubbie Club, and members will be the first to hear when a MALK discount lands.
Nothing you don’t need
MALK is the Austin company whose whole pitch is what is missing. Every bottle is certified USDA Organic and made from a short list: organic nuts or oats, filtered water and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. There are no gums, no oils, no fillers and no natural flavors, which is the line on most alt-milk labels that can mean almost anything. The unsweetened almond is three ingredients. The soy is three. The oat is three.
The range now covers every base a household argues about: almond, oat, coconut, cashew and soy milks, chocolate and vanilla versions, and coconut-milk creamers in unsweetened, vanilla, cinnamon and sweet cream. The chilled bottles live in the fridge aisle, and the shelf-stable cartons of almond, oat, coconut and cashew keep in the pantry for the week nobody made it to the store.

The seasonal bottles
Two flavors only show up for part of the year. Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk is real pumpkin puree, warm spices and organic almonds, not a pumpkin-flavored syrup, and it is the bottle MALK is leading with this fall. Holiday Nog Almond Milk is organic almonds, maple syrup and holiday spices, which is the nog without the dairy, the egg or the ingredient list you cannot pronounce. Both are $6.99, both are on the site now, and both are gone when the season is.
The bottles kids actually drink
Chocolate Almond is organic cocoa and a hint of coconut sugar for a not-too-sweet chocolate milk that MALK describes as kid-approved and adult-stolen, $6.49. The newest bottle on the shelf is Whole MALK, out this summer: a blend of organic cashew, coconut and soy with 12 grams of plant protein per serving and added vitamins and minerals, built to be the creamy, everyday pour for cereal, smoothies and the cup of milk at dinner. It is still a plant milk, not a formula, so it is for the kids who have moved on to a cup.

How the club works with MALK
Bottles run $5.99 for the unsweetened soy to $6.99 for the seasonals, the shelf-stable cartons and Whole MALK, with most of the range at $6.49, sold at malkorganics.com, on Amazon and in grocery stores nationwide. MALK’s page on Cubbie Club has the lineup and the shop link, and when a member discount on MALK lands it will show up there first, with an email to members. Membership is free. Cubbie Club earns a commission on purchases made through its links.
